How to apply iron-on patches:

  1. Ensure the fabric surface is clean and free of wrinkles.

  2. Warm the iron or press to medium about 140~150 degree celsius.

  3. Pre-heat the area where the patch is going to be put on.

  4. Place the patch and put a thin cloth on top of it.

  5. Iron with moderate pressure of 3KG/Square inches at least for 5-20 seconds.

  6. Turn the garment inside-out and iron the back of the patch firmly for 20-30 seconds.

  7. Let it cool for one minute. If the edge of the patch could still be lifted, repeat step 6. 

Care and Use of Iron-On Backing:

  1. Hand-Wash or use a mesh clothing bag in your machine.

  2. Turn clothing inside-out during normal ironing.

  3. While durable, patch adhesive may not be waterproof.

  4. Some materials, like mesh or coated fabrics, sweater, rib, or fabric with a lot of stretch or rough surface, may not be suitable for iron-on item.

What is your shipping policy?

  • All tees are made on demand.

  • Processing payments take 24-48 hours, It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products than an additional 3-4 business days depending on shipping destination and method.

Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer: 

  1. Overnight: next day delivery in the US

  2. Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally

  3. Standard: 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada.

Denim

  • All denim is made ready to wear and will be shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase processing.

  • Denim is released by the drop and there is no time frame for when each drop is to be released.

What if i entered the wrong address?

  • Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship from our facility. This is why it is important to double check for your correct address before purchasing.

  • In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address. In others, if notified before the order is fulfilled then we should be able to change the address before their able to deliver the package.

  • If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 4 weeks you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package.

Can i update my shipping speed after submitting an order?

  • Yes, you can! Just contact us with your name, address, and order number; and we’ll take care of it !

‼️Exchange/Refund Policy‼️

  • All sales are final. If any mishaps on our end you can contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges.

  • You have a 30 day return/exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. This does not apply during sales. When items are discounted, they are final sale.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  •  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
